Parliament House Launches Management Excellence in NT

In businesses across the Northern Territory, managers who are cutting edge are being tapped on the shoulder by colleagues, employees and clients as the AIM Management Excellence Awards is launched across the Northern Territory.

Thursday 23 March will see the launch of the Management Excellence Awards program in the Northern Territory as the NT’s leading business, industry and government representatives rub shoulders at Parliament House.

Awards categories include Professional Manager of the Year (Public Sector), Professional Manager of the Year (Private Sector), Owner Manager of the Year and Young Manager of the Year.

Nanette CarrollAIM Board member and MEA Chair Ms Nanette Carroll FAIM believes the more senior a manager becomes, the less personal feedback they receive, even more so if they are a business owner.

“The Management Excellence Awards is a way to turn this around and really tell someone they have made a significant difference to the success of their organisation or business by nominating them,” said Ms Carroll.

Nominate someone you know who stands out in the crowd online or call 1300 882 895.

All nominees are contacted personally by the Awards Coach.
